With 30+ years of international design experience in the UK, Southeast Asia, and China, Christopher specializes in Retail Commercial-Malls, Residential Housing, and Hospitality. He excels in ideation, concept design, technical detailing, and contract administration, driving success in large-scale projects.

SIMON TREVOR WOOD

DIRECTOR
OPERATIONS & MARINA DEVELOPMENTS
Simon has 39 years of experience in the Marine, Leisure, Military, and Security sectors across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and New Zealand. He specializes in operating retail, hospitality, and accommodation businesses, with extensive expertise in project management, business development, and security operations.

TEH KENG LIANG

HEAD OF HOSPITALITY
Keng Liang has 38 years of experience and has led 84 projects across 18 countries in the APAC and Middle East. He specializes in Hospitality and Asset Development Management, Real Estate Investment, and Business Development, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESC), supported by modern leadership skills.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
PROJECT LEAD
Hian Hok has 15 years of leadership in architectural projects across Southeast Asia and South Asia. He specializes in design development, documentation, and project team coordination. Proficient in conducting feasibility studies, space planning, and structural analysis, Hian also has experience in GFA distribution based on client program requirements and local building regulations.

With 15+ years of experience across Southeast Asia and South Asia, Roki specializes in design, planning, and management, integrating technology into the built environment. His expertise spans Master Planning, Hospitality, Mixed-use, Residential, Commercial, and Institutional Design.

GIANG ANDREW

DIRECTOR
HEAD OF PROJECTS
With 20+ years of experience in Vietnam and Cambodia, Andrew specializes in design, planning, and management across Residential, Mixed-use, Offices, Hotels, Resorts, Master Planning, and Underground Carparks. After completing training in Singapore in 2007, he has led projects across Southeast Asia, delivering innovative design solutions.

ASIF IQBAL

HEAD OF ESG
Asif has 25+ years of expertise in Sustainable Development, ESG, Carbon Markets, and Climate Policy in the Asia Pacific. A pioneer in developing sustainable business cases, he is skilled in leading projects on transboundary pollution and corporate sustainability, with a strong background in Environmental Economics and Policy Advocacy.

PROJECT LEAD
Phuc Ho has over 12 years of design experience in Southeast Asia and international projects. He specializes in Hospitality, Residential, Mixed-Use, Memorial, and Master Planning projects. Skilled in coordinating and collaborating with MEP, CS, Lighting, Landscape, Interior Design, Hotel Operators, and other specialists, Phuc is adept at driving successful project outcomes.
